My love of baking began as a child in my mother’s and grandmother’s kitchens. My mother guided me in perfecting my oatmeal raisin cookies. While my grandmother always kept a freshly baked pound cake in a glass cake dome on the kitchen counter.
Over the years my love of baking has flourished but not without a few hiccups along the way. After a brief career as a dental hygienist, I relocated overseas, as military spouses often do. My time working as a dental hygienist was a thing of the past.
My adventure-filled life as a military spouse has taken me around the globe and back. Finally settling in Texas, I have decided (with the Lord’s help) to finally make my baking business a reality.
